Conversations In The Streets / Greenville, Tennessee

Dear Ms. Lunelle,

On Sunday morning, June 30, 2019, I would make my way to Greenville, Tennessee, and post the Southern Cross on Highway 70 adjacent to Food City.

My arms ached later from returning the waves from so many who passed me by. And, not to forget, the many hugs from those who got out of their cars at the red light at the intersection where I stood, while voicing their love for me.

Even the young black woman who passed by shouting to me, "Please don't do this," or the middle aged black man who pulled beside me shaking his head and giving me a look as if he had come upon a pile of cow dung changed quickly as they both found themselves privy to the Rebel Yell from both sides of the street.

The man would find himself blocked from both behind and in front as several young girls climbed out of their cars, and he was forced to wait and watch as they embraced me and expressed their love. In golf terms, it was a thing of beauty! Poetic justice, some would say.

One young black man would ask me did I condone the gathering of the White Nationalists in Charlottesville, Virginia, because he had heard that I wanted President Trump to pardon the one who had killed the lady counter protestor there?

I told him, first and foremost, that the epitome of fake news surrounded that event. And, that most of those who legally gathered with a permit issued by the city to protest the removal of the Cenotaph of the Honorable General Robert E. Lee were God fearing and loving people of whom I knew many.

I told him that the black police chief would resign from his job out of righteous indignation for carrying out the unlawful orders from the mayor to stand down and allowing the domestic terrorists to attack those who had a permit to be there, and deserved the protection of his department.

I also told him that the shoddy defense put up by the court appointed attorney was a sham and, furthermore, both the mayors of Charlottesville and New Orleans, Louisiana, should be prosecuted and sent to jail, and not this young man who took the law into his own hands out of fear, because the law turned its back on all these law abiding citizens and their children.

And furthermore, if you are a Southern white who defends your Southern Heritage, then you are automatically deemed a White Nationalist or White Supremacist as depicted by the Fake News Media.

And, never did they depict the thugs with hoods covering their faces, with baseball bats covered in barbed wire, urine in balloons, feces in bags, as the domestic terrorists that they are.

If I had not had a previous engagement, I would have been right beside these decent people, and God only knows what I would have been called and threatened as I was in Columbia, South Carolina, Memphis, Tennessee, and Oxford, Mississippi.

I thank God that law enforcement didn't stand down in either of those cities as I was told by the terrorists that I was going to be sent home in a box. The people of the South do not deserve the carnage and sacrilege we face because of the honorable Constitutional stand made by our ancestors to protect our homeland from an illegal invasion.

Neither do the Honorable Africans of the South deserve to have their honor erased and pitted against the man that they not only called master, but also family and friend, and stood with him loyally until the devil came with his so called reconstruction to destroy the love they had developed for each other in lieu of the economic institution of world wide slavery.

He, too, would give me a big hug and a word of thanks after listening tentatively. He also asked if he could pray with and for me. It was a prayer that I wish everyone in the whole of the world could have heard. God bless you!

Your brother,
