Trampled in the dust and mud!!!
While a member of the N C State Senate during debate in the Senate chamber when I questioned the Constitutionality of proposed legislation the response I always received from the rules
Chairman was “it’s constitutional until it’s successfully challenged in the Courts! Article V1, section 7 & 8 has not been successfully challenged in a Court of Law.
I’m not a lawyer but in my opinion Mr. Bothwell’s being placed in the position of Asheville City Council is not constitutional!
