Hello and God bless. It is an honor to correspond with you. I realize that you are very busy. I am an SCV member, pastor of a small rural church and principal of our K - 12th grade academy. If available I would like to purchase an 8X10 photo of you to frame and place in our school.

By the way; Dr. Michael Bradley visits our school and I would appreciate information about your schedule and usual expense requirements for a speaking engagement. Dear Pastor Smith,

It would be an honor for me to speak to the students of your school. However,it would be a hard act for me to follow Dr. Bradley.I would waive my usual Honorarium fee. However, I usually get $.52 per mile X 2 ( to and from event ) and $100.00 for out of pocket expenses. Should your students want to purchase any of my shirts or reading materials, I would bring some with me. and if you are so inclined to offer an Honorarium; it would be to your choosing as to how much.

I don't think that I have an 8X 10 picture of myself, but if you have a camera, i would be honored to pose for you. However, I shall look and ask my brother who usually handles those matters. I look very much forward to the opportunity to visit with you and your babies. God bless you.

Thank you for your kind reply. We will look forward to having you with us. We are open Mondays through Thursdays; opening at 8:00 and closing at 2:00. You could arrive on a day and at a time of your choosing. We will be closed the week of Oct. 8th for Fall Break, the week of April 12th for Spring break, and the usual school holidays. When you have a day and time in mind please let me know; also If you could let me know from where you will be coming so I may be prepared to cover your traveling expenses I would appreciate that.
