Summary Judgment Motion Friday morning in Florence – it would be real good if you were there – but you are not required to be there. I have asked HK to be there as well.

This coming Thursday morning , July 30, 2009, the Honorable Attorney Kirk D. Lyons will leave for Florence, S.C. to address the lawsuit for young Candice Hardwick. I need not to go in great details about the case. This is a plea to all to send a much needed donation to the Souuthern Legal Resource Center on her behalf for desperately needed funds to aid in this important matter.
