Confederate Decoration Day

Dear Mr. Edgerton,

My name is Ben Norvell. I was present at the Confederate Decoration Day ceremony in Knoxville, TN this last weekend on June 6th. I also played Taps during the ceremony. I wanted to write you and let you know how much I enjoyed listening to your address at the ceremony. Words cannot describe the pride I felt for being a Southerner as you spoke! Although I had heard of you before, I had not had the pleasure of listening to you speak. It was also a pleasure being able to talk to you. I think you are doing an incredible job protecting and preserving our southern heritage! Thank you so much for coming to share your passion and knowledge about our heritage and culture. I wish you the best in your future travels, and God bless you.

Sincerely,

Ben Norvell
