This is totally wrong and embarrassing for those of us now living in Florida.

If you have information to use for a phone call or letter I would like to have it and will follow through. I just cannot imagine what is behind this and I would like to challenge them or do whatever you think best.

I am in England at the moment but will be back there by next Wednesday.
