Friend H.K. - we just received word last night from Jim Bowden, president of the Georgetown Historical Society and member of the Return Day Committee, that the Delaware Grays have been awarded one of only 3 trophies that are given out to parade participants for outstanding presentation during the parade.

You had shook Jim's hand and given him a bear hug during the parade and he spoke in admiration of your efforts during the parade. The whole Return Day Committee thoroughly enjoyed you. I told them I wished I had had a nickel for every handshake or hug you gave out to the people along the parade route.

Just wanted you to know, again many thanks!!!
