March Across Dixie

Dear Billy,

On the March Across Dixie, I marched 20 miles a day, six days a week and on some occasions I marched 30 or more miles. On most occasions people would come out and march with me. Some could make the twenty miles, some could not. The Sons provided most of the places I would spend the night along with my brothers who accompanied me. However, I cannot dismiss the League of the South, the UDC, the Southern Party, Dixie Outfitters and so many other citizens and organizations who also supported our efforts to include the administrative work of the SLRC. It was a team effort. Dixie Outfitters has for sale a March Across Dixie Documentary of the original March. God bless you and thanks for the kind message and understanding.
