Re: Federal Court Proceedings / Anderson County Tennessee An Open Report

For those, who do not know H.K. Edgerton. He is a descendant of a black Confederate soldier. He is the most humbling, eloquent speaker I have ever heard. He walked across the South carrying a Confederate battle flag and was met with cheers and throngs of well wishers. His last stop was in Austin to protest the removal of the Confederate plaques from the Texas Supreme Court building. Our past Gov. George Bush had them removed over the weekend when the Supreme Court was not in session in the dark of night. I had the privilege of meeting him at Logansport, Louisiana when he crossed into Texas. I escorted him into Texas on horseback carrying the Texas flag.

This was one very long drive for a three minute walk across the Sabine River bridge. It was worth every minute of it.
