I can not help but be pleased that these Black youngsters have put the 10 questions before you. The tone of their request for answers seemed to me to be made with great respect and a desire to honestly discover the truth. If they could only understand and believe why so many White folks admire and love you. The number of Black folks that consider you a true Southern Hero is also growing. You have received more affection and love in these few years that you have wrenched the St. Andrew Cross from the hands of ungodly and dispicable organizations and lifted up the Stars & Bars restoring it to its rightful place of honor amoung those who once loved and respected our Old Flag. We allowed our flag and Suothern Heritage to be hijacked and used as a tool of hate for much too long. I apologize with all my heart to those Black children who might have been hurt or mistreated during our time of blindness. Thanks to each and every one of you who are seeking to know the truth concerning our Southern Herritage. I am also anxious to see how you respond to H.K.'s answers to your questions. I am proud of you all for seeking the truth whether or not you come down on my side of the fence or not.

My question to you is this..... Why in a day where bigotry still exists is H.K. Edgerton so loved by we Whites. If a survey were to be taken I am sure that H.K. and his brother Tommy Lee would be found to be the most loved and respected Black men by Whites hands down. Investigate that fact and see where it leads you. You may find the answer amazingly simple but tremendously strong!

Do not forget to let us know your thoughts on the subject once H.K. answers your questions.
