I am a citizen of the state of Indiana, but I am a Southern sympathizer. I spent 11 years being educated that it was nothing but the fault of the Southern states regarding pretty much every single negative facet of the history of the United States of America. Finally my Junior year of high school, I decided to do some research into my own southern roots, as I am a great grandson of a southerner. Not only did I discover my own families heritage I discovered the true roots of the south. Through this research I discovered the falsehoods that had been drilled into my head from 1st grade to then. I just wanted to thank you for being a part of true voice regarding the Southern states. I am proud to be of Southern Blood as are many others here. And I will continue to fly the Christian cross of St. Andrew with pride!!!

I was already beaming with pride this morning after making my 9 mile morning march up highway #9 to the Continental Divide, and receiving a reception fit only for royalty from those who pass me by, and who stop to take my picture , or just give me a hug , or just to just plain say thank you.
