Hi HK Edgerton. My name is Jason Wesley, I'm 27 years old and i live in at 30 Gibbons Rd Taylorsville Georgia 30178. I have beeen interested in in the civil war for along time now. I have a great,great,great grandfather that faought for the CSA. When he sighned up he was in the 4th Alabama infantry regiment for a year. Then he was transfered to the 1st Alabama calvary regiment. Then closed to the end of the war he was captuerd. He had a brother who foaught in th 15th Alaabama infantry regiment. He was killed in 1864 a Deep Bottom Virgina. I saw videos of you on youtube. I agree with everything that you are saying. It's better to be historicaly correct instead of politicaly correct. That's why a lot of people are putting the confederate flag. It seems like the schools today are not being historicaly correct but politicaly corretct. And also because of racial and hate groups like the KKK using it as their symbol. They need to use the notzie flag as their symbol instead and leave the confeederate flag alone. I was wondering if you do any reenacting. If so what unit are you with? I'm just now geting into civil war reenacting right now . I'm joing the cherokee artillery. I have a uniform already but it dose not meet the units regulations. Whitch all they told me i need to get is a jean cloth jacket and shoes which i'm saving up for right now and sky blue trousers which i already have. I'm also trying to join the Sons Of Confederate Veterans. I would like to meet you some how. I also would not mind being your friend.
