Here in a small place in Eastern Kentucky we are having an all out war about one of our schools (Allen Central High School) It is the flag the is really the big concern....

I do not understand why people think that it is racist against them, No one is trying to hurt anyone buy showing that we are proud of our state and our people here is what one person had to say about the Confederate flags in the area .....

The 17-year-old plays basketball against Allen Central and says he's sick of looking at Confederate flags in the stands when the two teams face off. The only thing that bothers him more is the assumption that the black students don't care about the displays.

"It brings back slavery and what happened to my ancestors," said Honaker.

Despite his feelings, Honaker and his twin brother, Tim, don't lash out.

I hope that you can give me some advice on helping our people here to know exactly what the flag stands for
