As a Mississippi State grad I should naturally dislike Ole Miss. And I do. But not for a lot of reasons a lot of Bulldogs do. I dislike their disdain for the great heritage they throw away. No Confederate flag? No Col. Reb? That's a disgrace. Now they shouldn't play Dixie with that song of hatred, The Battle Hymn of the Republic. That should never be played in the South. What is Ole Miss going to do next? Take down the monuments on campus to the University Greys? Does Khyatt know that every Ole Miss student lost their lives at Gettysburg? Probably not. No, I really don't hate Ole Miss because they are our bitter rivals. I hate them for what they've done to their Southern Heritage.But their band at least gets to play Dixie at the games. And Ethan, they sure play it good.
