Dear Mr. Edgerton,

Thank you for telling the truth about southern heritage and the confederate flag. I'm was from New jersey, but now a marylander. I support southern right. I know that the war between the state was not about slaves.

I'm sure you know that New jersey was a slit state, during the secession. But abraham lincoln visited NJ to make speeches, to save the NJ from not being to Northern Confederate State. And Maryland was going to be a southern state, but abraham lincoln arrested government leaders. abraham lincoln couldn't have VA and MD to secede, when there is a capital between the states. Plus most of the Navy officers from Maryland, went to the Confederate side, and several thousands of marylanders went to join up with VA and NC. also some NJ went down south too. Plus Black people joined the fight for freedom with the southern states. It wasn't about slaves.
